Returns & Exchanges

Returns are easy.  Should your purchase not meet your satisfaction, simply notify customer service at info@winevine-imports.com.  All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.  Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.  Pending inspection, an exchange, refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Furniture, wine refrigerators and large wine storage units are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless wrong items were shipped, or products received were damaged in transit.  Custom, made to order, special orders, and books are not returnable. Returned orders that qualilfied for free shipping promotions will be charged for outgoing shipping and a 25% restocking fee. WineCruzer and WineKeeper brand products require return authorization prior to return and will incur a 25% restocking fee. 

All merchandise that arrives damaged must be notified to info@winevine-imports.com within 5 days of receipt of order.  All merchandise that is returned and shipped for free will be charged a restocking fee.  This fee will cover shipping, handling and restocking expenses.

Warranties

Many of the products sold by WineVine Imports come with a limited warranty provided by the product manufacturer.  This will be specified in the Specs / Warranty tab on the product's detail page.  While WineVine Imports will attempt to facilitate any warranty work between our customers and the manufacturers, all warranties are provided solely by the manufacturers.  WineVine Imports makes no express warranties of any kind and disclaims any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and the implied warranty of merchantability.  WineVine Imports shall have no liability to any person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage, caused directly or indirectly by the use of performance of any product sold by WineVine Imports.  Your rights vary from state to state.

Tax

Orders with NC billing addresses will be charged tax.  Orders that ship directly from CA suppliers to CA customers are subject to CA sales tax. Orders that ship directly from NY suppliers to NY customers are subject to NY sales tax.
